Evan is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he earned awards for top performance in courses on Insurance Law and Wisconsin Negligence Law.  During law school, he clerked for a Madison insurance defense firm.  He also served as a Judicial Intern to Justice N. Patrick Crooks of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.  He also was able to try several cases to jury for the Dodge County District Attorney's Office under the Wisconsin Supreme Court Student Practice Rules.  He also competed on and also coached the UW Law School Moot Court Board.

Evan is currently a member of the Wisconsin State Bar Association and the Wisconsin Defense Counsel.  He is admitted to practice before the Wisconsin State Courts as well as the United States Circuit Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
