Steven J. Snedeker 

In his 19 year career, Steven has tried 54 civil cases to jury. Steven has practiced on both sides of the aisle, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has a broad range of experience including product liability, premises liability, construction claims, commercial vehicle claims, commercial subrogation, automobile accidents and worker's compensation.

He was involved in the only successful lawsuit arising out of the acts of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. Throughout his career he has applied his engineering expertise in all matters from simple auto accidents to commercial subrogation and complex product liability cases.

Steven is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Defense Counsel, and Wisconsin Association of Worker's Compensation Attorneys. He has presented to various groups including "Engineering and the Paralegal" to The Paralegal Association of Wisconsin, Inc.; "Punitive Damages" American Reinsurance; and "Torts Update: Good Reform Gone Bad" Wisconsin Defense Counsel f/k/a Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin.  He is also a frequent contributor to "Legal News & Articles" of the Wisconsin Defense Counsel website, www.wdc-online.org/resources/legal-news
